          Whether we like it or not, the financial impact of the ideas generated by the programs that we run are viewed by our internal stakeholders as key measures of success. Leadership often assess their interest and buy-in to efforts going forward. It's not ideal, but it is the reality on the ground. 

          In the case of this exercise, let's choose Net Present Value, as I think that's a valid way to highlight financial impact, but not pressuring an idea too early on.
